Use prebuilt auth container #818

For some reason, the existing auth container was taking forever locally this morning. (still nothing after 15mins).

Even after restarting my machine, it never came up. This change uses a community pre built auth container. We can also revert this in the future.

This may have been an intermittent issue. It is no longer hanging. I will close this for now.
