enhancement: indicate if sizing is intrinsic or extrinsic

would love it if in the metatip, next to the current size report, (or in the design panel when showing redlines!) if it showed the following:

• intrinsinc or extrinsic
• calculated size
• actual size (if image/video/etc)
• authored size
• parent size
• responsive ✓ or not (same as being marked !extrinsic??)
• tips for performance (sizing is hard, would love to help start embedding advice into the devtools for scenarios like janking image loading due to missing sizing instructions, object-fit perf considerations, etc)

lots of the data is there in the devtools today, but designers arent finding it, it's not aggregated into 1 spot for investigation, and could totally use some tips/advice here
