Switch to mp4 instead of gif for hover tutorial videos #439

This would likely mean a recapture of all the demos, which is ok since they're not great on retina screens. The effort should drastically reduce the extension size though, which is always nice.

should also have a cdn provided backup, so the js bundle is all that's required to spin up visbug
