Can't reopen panel after closing in Safari #495

After opening and using the VisBug panel for the first time, then closing it, the panel is unable to open a second time. Panel can only be opened again if page is refreshed.

Console throws the error: SyntaxError: Can't create duplicate variable: 'script'
