Publish releases that include the firefox and chromium add-on #574

While Github can't host reasonably easy to install builds of VisBug, Firefox and Chromium based browsers can. As part of the github action that publishes the build, VisBug should create zips for download from the releases page. This would enable installation without a store.

Yeah, I can’t find the Firefox extension so that would help.
