Add support changing default window title bar color to some other color. Currently PWAs in chrome when installed are able change users window color using color declared in web app manifest it would be great if carlo also provided some way to achieve that.
On a related note on Windows 10 even if color title bar option is enabled in os settings title bar still displayed in Chrome gray color.
