docs: add (unofficial) support links #119

The chrome-for-testing tag started to become relatively widespread on Stack Overflow, hence link to it from here.

Feel free to either reject this PR (if it doesn't make sense) OR to move the newly added text elsewhere more appropriate. I understand that it may be undesirable to link to SO from this repo, OTOH it's nice to have the existence of the chrome-for-testing tag documented somewhere herein, even if unofficially.
