Always-on-top setting can get disabled #46

Windows Version 10.0.19041.172

Somehow by switching between windows, the PiP window lost its always-on-top bit (perhaps via AutoHotKey meddling). Closing and re-opening the window doesn't help.

The workaround is to restart Chrome.

Also have this problem on Linux (GNOME on X11).
