Will use this issue to keep track of suggested sections/tools I plan on adding (and suggestions/thoughts are always appreciated!)

Instead of Image Optimization, change to Image/Video Optimization and include:
- Tool(s) to convert GIFs to images (https://www.ffmpeg.org/)
- Tool(s) to help compress videos
- Tool(s) to convert to newer formats (like WebP)
Feature Policy
- Would like to see this added but not sure where 🤔. New section?
