Maskable icon doesn’t respect safe zone #459

According to the spec, only the circle in the center of the image with a radius of 2/5ths of the image dimensions is guaranteed to be visible. We should adjust the size accordingly.

I must have measured wrong. I thought it cut off the corners. nvm.
