this PR resolves #528 by adding a description, categories, and screenshots.
the description is copied from the description meta tag
for categories, I just put "games" because that is the only category that PROXX seems to fit into
I took a screenshot of each of the main UIs in PROXX on a 400x800 device with a DPR of 2.0
note: I have not tested these changes at all due to #515 so there will probably be some errors
edit: I have looked at the Netlify auto deployed thing and everything seems to be working as intended
