The Extension crashes after a period of browser inactivity. #664

The extension experiences intermittent crashes when left idle for some time.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Visit any website and interact with the extension.
  2. Put your laptop in sleep mode or left it idle for a while.
  3. Return to the extension page.

Additional context This issue occurs randomly. Sometimes, following the steps reproduces the problem, while other times, following the same steps does not.
