Fix: v1.0 QA issues #717

Description

This PR aims to solve some miscellaneous bugs reported in https://github.com/GoogleChromeLabs/ps-analysis-tool/issues/716 that were encountered on the develop branch.

Relevant Technical Choices

The URL key for resources object has now changed, which affected the resources being fetched for known breakages.
If the CLI encounters any error now, it will exit by printing stack trace and not the whole CLI file.
