CLI Dashboard navigation, losing reference when the user zooms in on the page #719

Describe the bug When the user zooms in on the CLI Dashboard, the main navigation loses reference from the last section.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the CLI dashboard
  2. Zoom in the page to 125%
  3. Scroll down to the last section
  4. Observe the navigation bullets

Expected behavior The bullet should point to the last element if the scroll is in the last section,
