Fix Sphinx reST parsing errors #15

We are trying to use Sphinx to build PyDocs for this project, to be included in web-platform-tests.org. In the process, we encountered some reST parsing errors.

BTW, I'm not sure if the Travis failure is relevant.

Sorry for the delay. lgtm.

The Travis failure seems to be caused by a Python bug and is unrelated.
