[Feature request] Be able to visualise the palette when reducing colours #1403

It would be nice to be able to see the palette when reducing the number of colours, to help decide how low you should go.

Clicking the palette icon would bring up a grid of colours that are in the new image, sorted by hue. An extra feature would be to see the hex code of the colour on hover.
