set up for windows #1429

As for the new users. It is very difficult to set up the project for windows os user like me I have to do some changes in the script to get it running properly. ![image](Screenshot 2024-10-05 113455)

i solved it and changed the script of which i was not able to set it up for windows can you please check my pull request https://github.com/GoogleChromeLabs/squoosh/pull/1430
