The scrollbar is not showing up correctly as in normal chrome tabs: it should pop up (to a certain width) when I move the cursor toward the area, or when I scroll once. In the text-app, the scrollbar only shows up about 1 pixel wide when triggered, as can be seen in the screenshot.
My chromebook is Asus C302 / cave, running on Version 66.0.3359.181 (Official Build) (64-bit). I have done a powerwash, but the scrollbar won't change. Also, I tried on my PC chrome browser, and the text-app got a persistent scrollbar, so I couldn't determine whether it's intended.

Could someone look into this issue? Thanks!
