Updates for Parcel 2 stable release

This updates all of the tests for Parcel 2 stable, which was released today! A number of tests are now passing, especially given the new documentation, which we've been working on a lot recently.

Main changes across tests:

• <script> -> <script type="module">
• url: -> new URL
• Enabling type: 'module' for workers
• Updated documentation URLs

Newly passing tests (in my opinion):

• code-splitting/between-new-worker-type – The worklet: scheme can now be used to import a script for a worklet environment.
• hashing/asset-of-asset-cascade/svg – Parcel now has first-class support for SVG
• non-js-resources/binary/arraybuffer – Implemented using a custom Transformer plugin
• non-js-resources/custom – Implemented using a custom Transformer plugin
• non-js-resources/html/preload-assets – Uses <link rel="preload"> elements directly in the HTML. This one is potentially arguable. It's possible you wanted this to be automated somehow, but I noticed that browserify is already passing with manual preload tags directly in the HTML (as long as the content hashes are added). I think automatically preloading all sub-resources referenced by CSS/JS in the HTML is a bad idea anyway (e.g. what if a selector isn't used right away, how to prioritize, could be too many preloads, etc.), and that manual listing of preloads is a better idea.
• non-js-resources/html/preload-scripts – Parcel generates parallel script tags in the original HTML file which are loaded in parallel. No need for additional preload elements.
• non-js-resources/service-worker – Parcel now has a @parcel/service-worker package which exposes a manifest and version hash.
• output-module-formats/es-modules – Parcel now outputs ES modules by default when you use a <script type="module">.
• transformations/brotli – Parcel now has compressor plugins, and available implementations for Brotli and Gzip - https://parceljs.org/features/production/#compression
• transformations/compress-images – Parcel now has builtin lossless image optimization for JPEGs and PNGs. It also supports lossy transformations, but those are opt-in. https://parceljs.org/recipes/image/
• transformations/compress-svg – Parcel has an SVGO-based optimizer by default.
