Steps show at bottom of the page, need to scroll up #71

Using Firefox 59.0.2 (64 bits) on Ubuntu Linux. Doing the codelab : https://codelabs.developers.google.com/codelabs/push-notifications/index.html

At the end of each step, my viewport is at the bottom of the page. When I click [next], the bottom of the next step is shown, instead of the top. The view doesn't automatically "rewind" vertically.

Chromium (65.0.3325.181) doesn't have the same problem.
