Bump to hadoop 0.10.1 #73

Could you bump the GCloud bucket and flink_env to flink 0.10.1?

Sorry I'll close this it first needs the latest flink version added to the flink-dist bucket. I'll ask them to update the flink_env.sh as well or I'll make a pull request for this :-)
