hbase has been removed from bigtop and no package exists in Debian repos. We need to install from binary direct from apache.

work moved to #1099 and is presently in progress.

we have what looks like a good candidate. I've requested a review, and should we receive it, we should be able to resolve this issue today or tomorrow.
