@jaceklaskowski : decided to hold off on publishing to Maven Central for now. I'm looking to find alpha testers. Once #2 is complete and @holdenk has reviewed the code, please create a Github release w/ the JAR & update README.md to reflect how developers can download & use.

Before releasing there needs to be another scrub with renaming. I see a couple occurrences where we still have spanner-spark-... instead of cloud-spanner-spark.

The name has already changed to spark-spanner-connector
