From documentation, ubuntu need to run set-interrupts.sh manually. https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/disks/local-ssd#optimize_your_local_ssd_performance

We should consider this when we add a "--optimized" run mode. For the default we should not change interrupt targeting.
