Describe the bug Create Endpoint always returns the service atachment does not match the required format

Version Version of the cli being used (run integrationcli --version) integrationcli version 0.76.0 date: 2024-04-29T21:51:56Z [commit: 9b9d40e]

To Reproduce integrationcli endpoints create --name=$name --service attachment=projects/$project/regions/$region/serviceAttachments/$attachment --wait=true

Expected behavior Should just go ahead and create
