Update for removal from out-of-SLO:

We should first investigate how much effort this is.
This was requested in https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/bank-of-anthos/issues/1015 — so there is certainly some demand for this, so I'll leave this issue open.
There is a JSS (Deploy a Java application with Compute Engine) that is meant to demonstrate multi-zonal CloudSQL — but I don't think it currently does (judging from its Terraform). Plus, it doesn't involve K8s.
