Metadata and label edition for Compute Engine Instance #3102

It would be nice to be able to visualize and edit metadata for a Compute Engine instance.

Also, could be nice to be able to edit labels for a Compute Engine instance.

(I hesitated to create two issues, but I thought that maybe, these data are kind of similar, and could be managed the same way)
