Spread or configure /fixes in Quick Fix #946

Hello! Thanks for supporting the extension, it's very convenient to write code with it and I like it.

Use case Is there a way to improve /fix in Quick Fix? Commands are interfering with actions, cluttering up the Quick Fix. I haven't found a way to disable or configure this.

Feature

separate /fixes for each error/warning
allow to disable /fixes in Quick Fix
