Replace microservice deployment with Online Boutique

Change installation sequence to provision and deploy Online Boutique instead of the "Hipster Shop" microservice demo.

Warning This is a breaking change. It invalidates existing monitoring dashboard provisioning. It also can result in invalid SLOs.

The new installation shall use the fixed version of Online Boutique. The provisioning and installation of the microservice shall be implemented using scripts and instructions from the Online Boutique repository. The project provisioning shall be kept "as is" to ensure continuation of the user experience.

The following functionality is required:

• Customize existing Online Boutique terraform script (see GoogleCloudPlatform/microservices-demo#1478) to setup the following parameters:
  • Machine type
  • Initial number of nodes in the pool
  • Minimal and maximal number of nodes in the pool
  • Turn off deployment of load generator
• Add capability to provision and deploy GSM and make Online Boutique services use it.
