Change branching model support #1002

Modify the existing branching model (gitflow like) that keeps main branch to host the latest released version of Sandbox to the trunk-based model.

The change shall modify existing github actions including:

Remove "protection" of the main branch
Refactoring github workflow number
Optimization of the github even triggers to reduce total number of github actions
Use of Github-managed agents instead of self-managed agents
