The link to CONTRIBUTING.md is broken, inside /.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md.
We need to update /.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md.

- Or draft a new pull-request with the checkbox from the pull-request template.
