Update documentation and consolidate CLI to one script #1022
Revisits all documentation managed in the repo and updates content to reflect migration from locally managed Hipster shop to Online Boutique.
Update the walkthrough tutorial to simplify the content and to reference the changes in the launch process.
Website related content is not updated although some of resources used to generate website might be removed or replaced. It is because the website is scheduled for sundown at the end of the 2023 summer.
All CLI scripts are consolidated into the single sandboxctl shell script. The script currently supports only create and delete commands.
