Fixes for version 0.9.2 including

Show error message when CLI commands fail due to terraform error (🛠️ Fixes #1041)
Support Terraform versions 1.5.* (🛠️ Fixes #1040)
Update walkthrough to correct instruction in command (🛠️ Fixes #1039) and add missing instruction for application authentication for Terraform (🛠️ Fixes #1041)
