Merge changes from microservice-demo - rebranded Online Boutique #216

Would it be possible to update to the latest version of microservices-demo.

To take advantage of the more "enterprise" friendly rebranding to Online Boutique.

@simonz130 as this is a fork of the version, and no longer the same code, is it relevant to change the rebanding to align with the Online Boutique? Re "enterprise" friendly is the requirement is only rebranding or also features /code?

@charles-bluett, could you please elaborate why "Online Boutique" is more enterprise friendly name? We didn't see a need to rebrand as there is a lot of effort that goes into it w/o seeing significant ROI but I'm open to hear your thoughts on this and revise it if needed.
