Call out `gcloud beta run services proxy` #19

Thanks for prototyping an experience which has now made it to the official CLI: https://cloud.google.com/sdk/gcloud/reference/beta/run/services/proxy

I would suggest to call this out at the top of the README. Potentially archiving the repo too.
