Trusted contribution bot seems pointless now as the pull_request trigger requires the "Approve and Run" button be hit to run builds, the label added before this button is clicked does not seem to trigger builds.
Going forward we should be clicking "Approve and Run" on PRs from forks (including renovate PRs)
