Added the following: This feature request expands the CMLE template available on GitHub:

Support for Tensorflow Data Validation
Support for Tensor Model Validation
Support for Tensorboard what_if tool
Improved a bit the performance
Created code for running batch predictions in Dataflow
Should be python3 ready (cannot test due to the hard dependency of TF model analysis)
Few other minor improvements
