error with gcloud init #488

Getting error while running 'gcloud init'

gcloud init
Welcome! This command will take you through the configuration of gcloud.

ERROR: gcloud crashed (UnicodeDecodeError): 'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0x8f in position 0: invalid start byte

first i did gcloud init and in-between i pressed CTRL+C before successful gcloud init operation then i started getting this issues and unable to use gcloud. I'm totally blocked, Please give some help with this issue!
