cuda samples have moved #5

They are no longer installed with the distro package: https://github.com/nvidia/cuda-samples

Thanks for the update @indigoviolet. I've rewritten the script to install the driver only for now, as we need to address #4

I will work on cuda and cuda samples installation when I deal with this and set up some automated testing.

I made #6 to track re-adding CUDA installation.
