Removed references to Forseti Security #168

Now that this library is no longer in the forseti-security organization, it would be great to remove references to Forseti to avoid confusion for users going forward.

Ideally it would also be good to publish this library under the new name - it's unclear to me whether that will automatically happen from this PR or needs other steps.

I believe this will auto-publish but if not we can do that manually later.
