checkpoint code for terraform target work #175

I currently am having trouble getting the rego to correctly validate against my constraints.

I suspect this is something to do with the templating strategy used in conjunction with OPA. It seems there is abstraction between the two layers so I can't debug to see why it's not working properly. Please let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to help.
