marketplace.gcr.io/google/bazel is missing recent Bazel releases #12037

latest release is currently 3.5.0 here https://console.cloud.google.com/gcr/images/cloud-marketplace/GLOBAL/google/bazel

although 3.5.1, 3.6.0 and 3.7.0 have been released https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel/releases

And now there's bazel 4.0.0 LTS too
