Reorganize badges in the README files #106

- What I did Reorganized the badges in the main README files. The changes consist of:

  1. The license badge is displayed in the repo and all connectors' main README files because it is general info.
  2. The Python package badge is displayed only in the repo's main README because the CI workflow tests all connectors at once.
  3. The issues badge is displayed only in the repo's main README because the link and counter refer to the repo and not to any specific connector.
  4. The pypi badge is displayed in all connectors' main README files because it allows us to distinguish the link and version of each connector.
