[FEATURE] ADD new user config: allow and exclude list for schema and table names. #59

What would you like to be added: Add an option to allow or exclude schema and/or table names from the ingestion of the connector.

Why is this needed: There are some schemas and/or tables that are not system tables, but test tables or stage tables that users do not want to index in Google Data Catalog.
