DEBUG verbosity #21

It's not clear in the documentation where users should set the desired verbosity for logging. The default appears to set boto logging levels to DEBUG which are probably too aggressive in the default case.

The default should never be to print debug level messages. Because this is the default, we have been filling our disk every 6 days. Please change default to info. Debugging the tools should be an opt-in scenario.

This should be fixed, once the hub rebuild a new image with #23
