Create documentation for statistics period in dashboard

In the statistics section of the dashboard, three views are available for summary stats: day, week, month.
The "day" view is the default view
Many studies only have weekly surveys, and so the day view is often shown as N/A
We need documentation for how to adjust the default view (via code, not Study Builder)
If possible, we should also have documentation that describes how a different period can be used (e.g. week month year -- again by making modification to the code rather than using the Study Builder)

I had sent @jkrogers18 an email conveying the estimates I got from the team for this and couple of other enhancements. We had decided back then to put it on hold for EAP but adding this to product backlog now under enhancements. Will discuss the prioritization/scoping of this with Jamie along with other enhancements we are gathering in the backlog/wishlist, and we can take up implementation based on that. This backlog update exercise is currently underway with review of all enhancement type of tickets left after EAP - will share that shortly for maintaining/updating ongoing in a shared G doc.
