We found a Contributor License Agreement for you (the sender of this pull request), but were unable to find agreements for all the commit author(s) or Co-authors. This adds a button to the UI on the repo page for deleting that repo.
Note that when this button is clicked, a confirmation modal appears. The user must click this before the deletion is performed.
I have run it locally and it would not delete repos I don't own. When run in staging, it did allow me to delete my entire repository.
