JobManager Ingress not serving UI assets #433

Hello!

The current rule path is https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/flink-on-k8s-operator/blob/ad95aecdedfad96c0bff64a982c012f4e68745a2/controllers/flinkcluster_converter.go#L364

This results in the UI assets not being served.
