added "-b" to line 26 to resolve lab issue.

As mentioned on the internal bug, this would be a rollback on #9, which is not what we want (as it would break https://cloud.google.com/kubernetes-engine/docs/tutorials/gitops-cloud-build). Please, update the lab instructions instead.
