Single Cluster recipes using gke-l7-gxlb-mc GatewayClass

Demo the capabilities of referencing a workload in the same namespace as the Gateway but also in a different namespace.

Hi @boredabdel, it's for multi cluster but your comment above describes a single cluster. Can you please clarify and add some more detail about ask.

Sorry that must have been a copy/paste issue. Yes this is for multi-cluster
